About Kate

Kate is a freelance designer and illustrator based in Winchester, UK.

In 2019, she graduated from Falmouth University after studying illustration.

She often employs a limited colour palette in her work, comprising contrasting shades whilst her primary focus is the design and silhouette of the subject matter and a notable use of halftone and textures to soften the image. Kate’s style is inspired by traditional print methods such as screen print and risograph print.

Selected clients Kate has worked for include: Vanity Fair, NOMO, L’Express, Les Echos, BNP Paribas, Stylist Magazine, Glenmorangie, England Netball, SWIM and Breathe Magazine.

Her work was recently exhibited in Adidas flagship store in London and she was a long listed artist for AOI World Illustration Awards 2020.
